At RC Mech, we take pride in carefully packing and delivering your orders on time. Please read our shipping policy to understand how we process and ship your products.

1. Order Processing

• All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

• Customized or made-to-order products (like handmade diorama pieces or custom RC accessories) may require additional processing time. The estimated time will be communicated at the time of purchase.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

• We ship across India via trusted courier partners.

• Standard delivery times are 3–7 business days, depending on your location.

• Remote or rural areas may take a few extra days for delivery.

3. Shipping Charges

• Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and delivery location.

• Free shipping may be offered on selected products or during promotional offers (as mentioned on the product page or banner).

4. Tracking Your Order

• Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID and link via email/SMS to track your package.

• If you face issues with tracking, please contact us at support@rcmech.in.

5. International Shipping

• Currently, we do not offer international shipping.

• For bulk/custom export inquiries, please contact us directly.

6. Delays & Exceptions

• While we strive for timely delivery, unforeseen delays (like courier issues, weather conditions, strikes, or natural calamities) are beyond our control.

• In case of significant delays, we will keep you updated by email/phone.

7. Damaged or Lost Packages

• If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos/videos of the packaging and product.

• For lost shipments, we will coordinate with the courier service and arrange a replacement or refund (as applicable).
