1. Order Cancellations

• Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing them, provided they have not been shipped or customized.

• Once an order is processed/shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

2. Refunds

• Refunds are applicable only in the following cases:

  • You received a defective or damaged product.

  • The product delivered is different from what you ordered.

• Refund requests must be made within 7 days of delivery with supporting photos/videos as proof.

• Refunds (if approved) will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

3. Non-Refundable Items

• Customized products, handmade diorama pieces, or DIY accessories made to order are non-refundable.

• Products damaged due to mishandling, improper use, or normal wear and tear are not eligible for refund/replacement.

4. Exchanges & Replacements

• If you receive a defective or incorrect item, we will provide a replacement at no additional cost.

• In case the item is out of stock, you may choose an alternative product or request a refund.

5. Shipping Costs

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective product).

• Shipping charges are non-refundable.
